This soap recipe is a tallow-based dream. It hits all the marks for wet shavers: ease of lather, slickness/glide, cushion/protection, longevity, and post-shave face feel.

OLD SPICE  is a Amber Spicy fragrance. OLD SPICE was launched in 1938. The nose behind this fragrance is Albert Hauck. Top notes are Nutmeg, Star Anise, Aldehydes, Orange and Lemon; middle notes are Cinnamon, Carnation, Pimento, Geranium, Heliotrope and Jasmine; base notes are Benzoin, Vanilla, Musk, Tonka Bean, Cedar and Ambergris.

This aftershave is a simple concoction of witch hazel and rose water to sooth, glycerin to moisturize, and fragrance to delight. No alcohol in this formula to sting and burn, just the wonderful comfort of witch hazel and rose water.
